You hear the dog barking outside, the neighbor starting the car and you sense the early morning sunrays sneaking through the curtains. Some modalities require attunements to get the energy flowing, others simply get better with practice. Frustration commonly rears its head when the flow of the energy is not physically felt by the practitioner. This a common complaint so don’t feel alone with this.

When energy is not felt by the channeler, we sometimes think we cannot channel. First of all let’s clear things up regarding channeling and what is happening. Everyone can channel, but that doesn’t mean that everyone can feel the energy flowing. The subconscious mind has the power to keep us on automatic. The word subconscious means it is below our conscious awareness therefore we do not know or have control of what happens there, to us or around us. When I found out this truth, I was so angry; all the misery I was leaving had nothing to do with my doing, well at least at a conscious level. But I also discovered I can slowly dig up the garbage and finally get clear. So I made that my life’s goal to just dig until I am clear. And you can also dig the subconscious mind clear of the automatic garbage.

Ways I have been digging the garbage out of the subconscious mind

Meditation: The concept is that meditation allows you to reach parts of the brain we can not reach normally (consciously). I started with Holosync meditation by Centre Pointe and after three months of using it I noticed I was much calmer and less automatic. I continued using it but the results were not quick enough as I was still bothered by what people thought of me and I was internally very anxious. Because this is recorded sound tracks, you only use them in the evenings or early mornings. I needed something to keep me in a meditative state 24/7. The recordings work brilliantly and their power on the subconscious mind was further emphasised in an interview by Bruce Lipton recently.

Theta healing: This is a very exciting tool in the way it digs out the garbage in the subconscious mind. It works by testing what your beliefs are on certain subjects like money. They use body muscles to respond by going strong to the beliefs that are true to you. For example the practitioner will ask,” Do you have to be poor to be close to God”. If that belief is true to you, your hand will go strong, he/she will then ask for your permission to remove the belief. This is done brilliantly by a guy called Brent Phillips who has the most interesting story on how the universe works to get you on your path. If you want to try this method to dig up the subconscious mind, look for theta healing LA.

Reconnective Healing: This is a healing modality that does other things as well as dig up the subconscious mind. From what I understand, it aligns you to what your truth should be. It was started by a doctor Called Eric Pearl who has an interesting story of his own. He explains the concept of letting go completely of our beliefs in order to let God work within us. The best way for you to get an idea of this is by reading a book called The Reconnection written by him. Because this is a healing modality I have experienced only in two hours workshop where someone healed a deformed finger; its best to use it as a tool for digging up the subconscious mind when you have been to a live event.

The release technique: It works on the concept of letting go of what is in your subconscious mind. It is a meditative principle that allows you to be in constant release 24/7.They explain that the mind is creative and getting quiet gets you the fastest results to whatever you are trying to achieve. If you have attachments or aversions to anything you are constantly pushing away feelings or pulling them in. That way you are constantly bound to what the subconscious mind is throwing at you. In being in release you let go of these feelings immediately as you notice or feel them. This is done by a guy called Larry Crane who has lots of ways of tricking the subconscious mind.

Exercise and nutrition: There is a lot of noise made about how you can influence your subconscious mind by just looking after yourself nutritionally and physically. There are scientific facts to back this, for example, if you carry fat, it affects your brain function. Your brain works with your mind to run the show in your life. Exercise and nutrition are easy and available in our daily choices, by making simple choices like walking a mile and eating right; the balance works, do not go over board too much too fast you are back to your old ways. Just repeat a habit daily or weekly such as walking, swimming, football, yoga and more until you brain and body get it making it automatic. Using exercise and nutrition to dig the subconscious mind is exciting and easy if you let yourself go.

Digging the subconscious mind can be a challenging task, and with so many different ways to do it on the market you are spoilt for choice. I encourage you to find your own truth, deep down within us are answers we are looking for. The fact that we are all looking outside ourselves defeats the purpose, as I wrote previously, if you are not seeing results in your life, you are trying too hard. If just stopped and listened deeply, the answers are always right there. Because we are too busy trying we do not see them, if it is not easy, listen to your heart. We always know the answers. If you are going to use any of the methods above, listen to your heart because you can end up spending a lot of money. I do this because it is my passion to help you find easy fast ways to dig up the subconscious mind. I have used many more rubbish methods where people are just after your money. We know from decades of research that memories are stored in the mind as images. Those memory-based images are often recalled by unexpected triggers in our day-to-day activities. The secret to living a happy, balanced life sometimes lies in healing those traumatic memories by redefining the painful images those events produced.

A Simple Four-Step Process to Healing

To illustrate an effective healing process, Dr. Alex Loyd, founder of The Healing Codes, has developed four steps for redefining those painful memories.
First, consider the area in your life giving you the most difficulty. Typically, this might be finances, relationships, or career. Once you have that area in mind, define the emotions you’re feeling. Next, recall a memory from an earlier time in your life that evokes similar emotions. For example, if finances are your trouble spot in life and thinking about money causes you to feel angry and frustrated, think of another time in your life when you were feeling the same way. Your mental “image maker” that creates and stores memories as images is the platform for this process. The third step is to insert yourself mentally into that earlier memory, but as a third party observer rather than as a participant. One important note: Dr. Loyd always suggests you “take” a trusted person with you in your mind to the scene of the past trauma, if it feels at all unsafe to go there. Observe the physical reactions the scene causes in you, both as a third party and as a participant in the scene. You’ll probably find that the physical reactions you have when you take a step back from the scene are very different than the ones you felt as it was happening. The final step is to ask the earlier version of yourself caught up in the painful memory what is needed for them to be healed. During this stage, you will find that a false perception is at the root of your emotional pain. That might be the perception that you are evil or wrong for doing something normal, because an angry person told you so. This is the time to speak truth into that memory from your third party self so that the lie that’s trapped in that memory can be released. The guiding concept is “speak the truth in love.” This process may seem too simple to be effective in healing emotional pain, but it is in fact an incredibly powerful first step in being released from the faulty memories that cause you stress in ways that you may not even recognize now.

What defines true compassion? A Bible verse reads, “But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was; and when he saw him, he had compassion on him. And went to him, and bound up his wounds…and took care of him.” Luke 10:33-35.

A dictionary may define compassion as: “the deep awareness of the suffering of another coupled with the wish to relieve it.” While searching examples of true compassion from my life experiences, I suddenly realized it has nothing to do with the action. Instead it is about the person, the vessel; humans understanding the position and perspective of another. Through patience and withholding judgment, one should see beyond the present circumstances of another in order to offer hope.

I experienced a session last year with a dear friend, Jacqui Delario, who works with Theta Healing. For me, that session represents the best example of compassion used as a healing modality. There was a moment in the session where I felt compassion, a sense that someone knew and understood what I needed in order to receive healing and move forward. There was an immediate sense of calm, followed by weeks of unexpected personal results and opportunities as a result of my limiting beliefs being replaced with affirmations.

Compassion is the absence of judgment. Compassion is complete acceptance of another’s humanness. We believe being compassionate is to alleviate another’s suffering through sympathy, empathy, or helping them to understand their situation from a different perspective. But it is really about just being there for that person, without conditions.

Somewhere down the line compassion has gotten mixed up with being “wound-mates” (quip coined by Carolyn Myss). That is the reason people should always be careful when considering a support group. You want to make sure the group fits like a good bra: it lifts and separates, rather than creating a petri dish for wounds and past hurts. I don’t even like the word “support” because it sets the tone for not being able to stand on your own–ever. We always should be creating positive beliefs versus negative ones. We all have the capacity for compassion, and we need to extend our willingness to understand another without creating a need for dependency; it is kindness without conditions.
Compassion is not pity. Compassion is not assistance. Compassion is experienced. Compassion is experienced by someone through someone that is balanced and happy. Compassion means you have the ability to understand another’s pain, but not own that pain. Compassion is loving neutrality. You are with them, You are within. That moment is compassion. Compassion is without words–it is flow. When you are feeling compassionate, there is a moment where you are truly outside of yourself (or ego), and you make a sincere effort to understand the other person’s situation. Compassion is the flow of the Divine Source through you to another–again, without conditions.

Compassion is not the action or the reaction. Compassion is the moment you connect with your source in order to help another connect with his or her source.

Until quite recently, little was understood about why our memories invoke immediate physiological responses. Unlike computers, which take in data and process it to create responses, our minds respond instantaneously to stimuli, based on our stored memories. Recent scientific discoveries allow us to understand why, and to create ways of healing our faulty memories in order to heal our bodies.

Our Memories Are Like Holograms

To begin our understanding, we need to know that Dennis Gabor, 1971 Nobel Prize winner, first explained the phenomenon of holograms. What he taught us about holograms is that they are multidimensional images, each portion of which contains the entire image.

Such distinguished scientists as Karl Pribram, Michael Talbot, and David Bohm applied that knowledge of holographic images to the images stored within the mind. They determined that mental images, our memories, are also multidimensional and rich with detail. As with holograms, each section of a mental image contains the entire image, meaning that memories can contain massive amounts of data.

Because those memories stored in our hearts are incredibly detailed, our bodies receive the necessary information immediately to respond physically to each situation.

Transmission of Energy

Going further, we can learn why that physical reaction occurs throughout the entire body. The spiritual heart, the collection of memories stored as images, functions like a hologram. This is important to know, because it explains our ability to influence our own and other people’s physical health through the transfer of negative or positive energy.

An experiment by the U.S. Department of Energy illustrates how this works. In the study, participants had skin cells scraped from the roof of their mouths, placed in a test tube, and moved to another room.

The study subjects were then connected to monitors that measure various physical responses, such as heart rate, and then shown several kinds of television programs. The startling result of the study was that, even though removed from the body and moved to another room, the skin cells had identical reactions as did the host person’s body to violence, romance, and other emotional scenes on television!

Here’s why — human beings begin as a single fertilized cell. As each cell doubles, they retain the exact same genetic markers of that single individual cell. In addition, every cell contains organelles that are representative of the body’s organs.

Global Impact of Positive or Negative Memories

It stands to reason then, that the entire body is affected by the energy of positive or negative memories. A fascinating dimension of this phenomenon is that organ recipients have been reported to take on the attitudes and memories of the donors. The donor’s memories were actually introduced through the cells of the organ transplanted.

And so back to our purpose, learning how to apply what we know about memories and the physical response they induce to bringing about emotional and physical healing. We can “learn” to heal ourselves by refuting the lies stored within our memories so that their negative energy no longer destroys our bodies. It’s that simple.

This kind of healing of our memories can then bring about physical healing for us, and for the people closest to us. By no longer transmitting negative, harmful energy within our bodies and to those frequently in our presence, we can create a true circle of healing.

Understanding how memories are stored within the cells of our bodies and then acting upon those facts to bring about healing is the key to lasting change in our lives. Doesn’t it make sense, then, that we should passionately pursue the tools that can lead us to experiencing healing deep within our hearts?

If you’re wondering whether or not you possess a spiritual nature, the best place to start your research is within your own space. Each of us is made up of a physical body and a conscious mind, sometimes also called the “soul.” With a little more research, however, it’s possible to prove a third component of your makeup. That part is the spiritual heart, and there’s a very real link between mind, body, and spirit.

The spiritual heart is where our life experiences, as well as the subconscious and unconscious minds are contained. This part of us is closely tied to the soul, or our conscious mind, will and, emotions.

The Linking Component

Linked together, mind, body, and spirit, interact constantly throughout the day, so closely that they’re difficult to separate. What is the link that connects these three components of our nature? It’s the image maker, the mechanism by which we record life’s events.

It’s already been proven by science that unconscious and subconscious memories are recorded as images. We also know that the conscious mind can decide to think of something (going out to eat) and picture that event instantly (restaurant, food, atmosphere). Because both the unconscious and conscious minds are able to access the image maker, the conscious mind can produce images to which the spiritual heart responds.

The Missing Projection Screen

How does that prove we’re spiritual beings? Science has not found, in all its centuries of research, the “screen” on which images appear in the mind! Perhaps it’s because that screen exists within a spiritual realm. Only by being spiritual beings ourselves can we access this unseen “screen” on which the images of our lives are displayed.

If we are indeed, linked to the spiritual world, this has tremendous implications for how we live our lives. It means we must seek guidance in living both a spiritual and physiological life. Once we accept our spiritual nature as fact, we can’t be content to live life only in the physical realm.

The True, Self-authenticating Manuscript

Within the Bible we find references to all three natures of man – mind, body, and spirit. No other written source contains all of the basic concepts for health and happiness, concepts being proven even now by modern science. This “self-authenticating manuscript” is central to understanding our own spiritual nature, as well as the nature of God.

Once we accept that God’s Word, the Bible, has the answers to our questions, it can also begin to give us a true image of God and his relationship with us. For many of us, healing our faulty concept of God must take place before any other part of our lives can change.

Step-by-Step Process

And so we can trust that we are spiritual beings, with a connected system of mind, body, and spirit. We can learn the answers to those issues that keep us trapped within the self-authenticating manuscript, the Bible, because of our spiritual nature.

Turning to the Bible for the answers you need is the best first step in a journey toward wholeness. Seeking the healing, with God’s help, of your faulty beliefs and memories is the next step. To experience a whole new dimension of living, first acknowledge that you are fundamentally a spiritual being, and then begin to explore what’s possible when mind, body, and spirit are aligned.

12 dimensions of consciousness – Humanity is currently 4-D, shifting to 5-D?

Supposedly, there are 12 dimensions of consciousness. Humanity is currently in the 4th dimension of consciousness, on the verge of shifting into the 5th dimension. Below is a description of the 1st-5th dimensions:

1 – The first dimension of space. Awareness as a point. The mineral kingdom resonates to this level of consciousness. The minerals, water and genetic code in human bodies resonates to this level.

2 – The second dimension of space. Awareness of point and line. The plant kingdom and lower animal kingdom resonates to this level. These beings are only conscious of their species’ identity and their need for feeding, fighting, and procreation. Live solely within the awareness of the moment. Human second dimensional consciousness is centered in the lower brain that directs the autonomic nervous system to regulate and maintain life support functions.

3 – The third dimension of space. Awareness of point, line, width and breadth, height and volume. Human beings and the higher animal kingdom resonates to this level. Awareness of oneself as a separate and unique individual – very little awareness of the interconnectedness of beings and actions. The third dimension is locked in a time/space and cause/effect paradigm through the individual human souls. As humans we have the ability to remember the past and the future while remaining aware of the present. However, while using only our third dimensional consciousness much of our past remains forgotten in our unconscious mind and we usually feel a sense of separation from the whole, a feeling of limitation in achieving our desires, and a need to work hard to accomplish our goals.

4 – Awareness of point, line, width and breadth, height, volume and time. The fourth dimension is also known as the astral plane. The primary consciousness of this dimension is in the astral body, which is also known as the "higher human". The astral body is of a higher vibration than the physical body and is in a form that is known as etheric. The 4th D is the realm of the unconscious mind. Our fourth dimensional astral bodies possess advanced dreaming, imagination, psychic ability, intuition, magic, and creativity. As we expand our mind to be conscious of our unconscious mind, we can experience more and more of these qualities while in our physical form. At this level, there is the beginning awareness of the Universal Law of One or Unity Consciousness: whatever affects one of us affects of all of us. Indigos carry this awareness, which is the key to multi-dimensionality, and it leads them to be warriors for causes that heal the Earth. Realisation and practice that no one is greater than the other and that group consciousness is the path to the future. We must all cooperate for the good of all to create a better Earth.

5 – Awareness of point, line, width and breadth, height, volume, time and spirit. Linear time and space do not bind consciousness here. There is NO illusion of separation or limitation. Instead, there is a constant experience of the One-ness of God/Goddess/All That Is. On the fifth dimension we live in Unconditional Love, Unconditional Forgiveness, and Unconditional Acceptance. We hold no judgment, guilt, or negativity towards the "lower" portions or aspects of ourselves that are striving to remember our "Higher Selves". At this level, we are free to create new ways of thinking/being/doing through the seeds of unity consciousness.
